RUSSIAN ADRS
I get a lot of questions about investing in the Russian stock market. First, I want to say that I am in it for the very long term. Second, a lot of experts say that Russian stocks are very risky. Well, for myself, I happen to believe in the companies that I invest in, some, maybe more than others, and I believe that they are extremely undervalued. I am not doing this page to advise anyone to buy, as a matter of fact, I know almost nothing about investing, which is why I use Merrill Lynch rather than investing on-line or using a discount broker. (This also isn’t a plug for Merrill Lynch, I picked the company at random from the few that were listed in my local telephone book, and have been very happy with them, so I stayed with them, you may find others which you like better). I am only doing this page to give you links to information on ADRs so I won’t have to answer so many questions. It is up to you to do the research and make your own decisions. I am merely a graphic designer who plays with a few Russian stocks.
